We’re here to help. Some of our most frequently asked Delivery questions are below:

Yes. We offer free delivery and returns on all Ffern bottles and candles.

The only place you can try our fragrances without being a ledger member is our Ffern store in Soho, London. Our production runs are very limited - we typically blend just one bottle for each of the names on our ledger. As of December 2022, we have started to blend one extra batch of fragrances exclusively for the Ffern shop.

We’re more than happy to send your bottle to whichever address we have on file for you - which can be changed via our online portal: ffern.co/portal.

So, if you were looking to gift a specific release to a friend or family member, you're very welcome to leave their address with us and we'll ship the parcel directly to them.

Please remember to change your address back or they'll continue to receive your seasonal fragrance deliveries!

Our seasonal fragrances are shipped every Solstice and Equinox. At Ffern, we develop a new fragrance for each season. These will be sent out to the people on our ledger to coincide with the official launch dates on each Solstice and Equinox.

We will always do our best to send your bottles out at the start of the week leading up to the Solstice or Equinox, so that they arrive on or around the launch date. However, please be aware that the actual delivery date may fluctuate, depending on the specific season (e.g. Christmas is a very busy period, so we would expect some delays in the post office).

If you join the ledger after launch day and we happen to have available bottles for that season, we will send you the current fragrance. You can expect to receive your bottle 2-5 working days after joining the ledger.

Your order status page can be found by following the link in your order confirmation email. This email will have been sent when your order was shipped - it should have the subject line "NAME, Your Ffern parcel is on the way 📦".

Your order status page will display your tracking info, and your unique returns form link, in case you need to arrange a return. You can also do this via ffern.co/returns.

We are currently able to ship our fragrances to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • The United States of America
  • Canada
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland (excluding remote/delivery surcharge zones)
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • The Netherlands
  • Spain (excluding the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands)
  • Sweden (excluding remote/delivery surcharge zones)

There will be no customs surcharges to pay on deliveries to any of the countries listed above.

Fragrances are classed as ‘dangerous goods’ by couriers, which means there are (currently insurmountable) postage restrictions when shipping them to internationally to countries not on the list above.
