We do now offer the option to purchase a Ffern Golden Ticket, should you wish to gift a Ffern membership to somebody. We have only produced a handful of these gift memberships, but you can learn more and/or purchase one here: ffern.co/gifts.
The Ffern archive is a very limited collection of our past fragrances, kept in controlled storage at the Ffern HQ. Bottles from the archive are exclusively available to ledger members and can be purchased by emailing the team. All archive bottles cost .
We do not stock all of our past fragrances, and some will never be made again, so it’s worth checking whether we have any of your desired fragrance left by emailing help@ffern.co.
Please note that fragrances purchased from the Ffern archive cannot be returned.
We no longer offer our fragrances on a one-off basis online, as we have now moved all production over to our ledger.
We used to produce a small batch and launch them to the public on a first come first served basis, but we soon realised that this simply was not working - some of the people who loved our fragrances from the start were sadly missing out on the next release due to the small number of bottles we were making. In order to make sure that anyone who enjoys our fragrances can continue to enjoy them, we decided to create the Ffern ledger.
The ledger is a list of names for whom we blend one bottle of fragrance for each new season, to be released on the Solstice and the Equinox. This model allows us to maintain our commitment to small batch production processes, which are both sustainable and conducive to high-quality fragrances.
That being said, if you happen to be in London, you are now able to try our fragrances from our new Soho shop on 23 Beak Street - we also have a small number of bottles available for purchase in store.
Because we are committed to small batch production techniques, meaning that we blend our perfumes exclusively for the people on our ledger, we do not provide individual samples to send to non-ledger members.
That being said, we understand that buying perfume without trying it first can be worrying. This is why we always provide a sample vial with every parcel, separate to the sealed main bottle - this means you can return the larger bottle to us unopened for a full refund if you find the sample isn't quite right for you.
If you happen to be in London, you are now also able to try our fragrances from our Soho shop on 23 Beak Street.
Every bottle ships with a separate sample box. You can use this to try the fragrance at home, before deciding whether or not to break the seal on the main bottle.
If it’s not for you, simply return your parcel to us through your Ffern ledger account.
