Once your return arrives back at the Ffern HQ, we aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. Whilst this typically takes just 1-2 days, we do ask that you allow up to 10 days for this to happen before getting in touch.

By default, a full refund will be added as credit to your ledger account, which will go towards your next bottle of Ffern.

You can check your balance and reimburse credit at any time via the Ffern ledger portal.

At Ffern, we operate a 14-day return window.

To be eligible for a return, your main bottle box must be unopened and you should request a returns label within 14 days of receiving your bottle. Once you have requested your label, you will have a further 14 days to return your fragrance.

You can return your bottle through your Ffern ledger account. To do this, choose the bottle you wish to return in the portal and select 'return items' within 14 days of receiving your bottle.

​After completing your return request, you can download your return label (we'll also send a copy to your email, just in case). Simply print this label out and attach it to your re-sealed box. Then, within 14 days of requesting your return, take the parcel to your local drop-off point

Please note that bottles received through Golden Tickets, as an exchange or from the Ffern Archive are non-returnable. We also do not accept any returns at our Beak Street store.

Your return label will be generated when you request a return via the portal.

Simply check your order history, find the item you're looking to return and select "return items" to begin the process.

Please note, that you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 

As a Ffern ledger member, you can accrue credit on your ledger account. By default, this credit will go towards your next bottle of Ffern.

If you leave the Ffern ledger, outstanding refundable credit will be reimbursed to your bank account automatically, such as any credit you have accrued from returning a fragrance.

You can check your balance and reimburse credit at any time via the Ffern ledger portal.

We will process a full refund for any returned seasonal bottle that arrives back with us, so long as the seal on the main bottle box hasn’t been broken.

Please allow up to 10 days for us to check your return and process the refund.
